oils; preservatives; liquid <strong>and</strong> compressed gasses; bulk chemical products;<br />

coolants; deicing <strong>and</strong> antifreeze compounds, together with components <strong>and</strong><br />

additives of such products; <strong>and</strong> coal<br />

Construction materials, including installed equipment <strong>and</strong> all fortification <strong>and</strong><br />
