Telephone Number Change<br />

From the SETUP screen select TELEPHONE SETTINGS and<br />

press to confirm, the following screen will be observed:<br />

1 SERVER NO. 09063420342<br />

2 HELPDESK NO. 01708714111<br />

3 REMOTE NO. NONE<br />

4 PREFIX NONE<br />

5 PAUSE 0<br />

ESCAPE<br />

If you are advised of a telephone number change, move the cursor<br />

to the number to be changed (e.g. 1 SERVER NUMBER) and<br />

press to confirm, the following screen will now be observed:<br />

OK<br />

SERVER NO.<br />

ESC<br />

To return to the SETUP menu with the telephone number<br />

unchanged, press .<br />

Or enter the new number using the numeric key pad, then press<br />

to confirm.<br />

Changes to Prefix, Pause, Tone Detect and Dial Delay<br />

Settings<br />

PREFIX If your outside line is routed through a<br />

switchboard, telephone numbers must be prefixed by the<br />

appropriate outside line digit (for most systems this is a 9 or a 0).<br />

PAUSE With some telephone networks it may be<br />

necessary to enter a pause<br />

between the outside line digit and the telephone number.<br />

TONE DETECT You may wish to wait for a dial tone to be<br />

detected before dialling out.<br />

DIAL DELAY You may wish to enter a delay between<br />

dialling attempts (in seconds).<br />
