IWGPS: Organizational membership is as follows: Eurostat, ILO, IMF, OECD, World Bank, <strong>and</strong><br />

UNECE. During the revision of the manual, the CPI <strong>Manual</strong> editor (Peter Hill), TEG-CPI chairperson<br />

(David Fenwick), <strong>and</strong> PPI <strong>Manual</strong> editor <strong>and</strong> TEG-PPI chairperson (Paul Armknecht) were observers.<br />

The ILO was the Secretariat for the Group, <strong>and</strong> Sylvester Young the chairperson of the IWGPS.<br />

The IWGPS met formally four times: September 24, 1998 (Paris), February 11, 1999 (Geneva), November<br />

2, 1999 (Geneva), <strong>and</strong> March 21–22, 2002 (London). Informal meetings were held on several<br />

occasions.<br />
