ZONING REGULATIONS<br />
12.1.26 School bus parking facility – one (1) parking space for each school bus on<br />
site, one (1) parking space for each bus driver originating from the site, one<br />
(1) parking space for each worker on the site.<br />
12.1.27 Bed & Breakfast – two (2) parking spaces for the owner-occupied and one (1)<br />
parking space for each guest room.<br />
12.2 Off street loading. Every building or structure, lot or land hereafter put into use for<br />
business or industrial purposes or for a hospital, and which has an aggregate floor<br />
area <strong>of</strong> seventy five hundred (7,500) square feet or more devoted to any such use,<br />
shall be provided with <strong>of</strong>f-street truck loading spaces in accordance with the following<br />
schedule:<br />

12.3 Supplemental <strong>Regulations</strong> and Standards.<br />
12.3.1 In all districts, a paved access drive to a garage may be located within the<br />
required setbacks.<br />
12.3.2 No portion <strong>of</strong> a parking area shall be located closer than ten (10) feet to the<br />
boundaries <strong>of</strong> the parcel to be used or to any highway right-<strong>of</strong>-way. The<br />
parking area is taken to be that area where a vehicle is normally stored or<br />
parked and shall not be part <strong>of</strong> an access drive.<br />
12.3.3. In all districts, required parking areas for dwellings shall be on the same lot<br />
with the main dwelling.<br />
12.3.4 Required accessory parking and loading areas for non-residential uses shall<br />
be within three hundred (300) feet <strong>of</strong> the main building or use to be served.<br />
Any accessory parking area, which is not upon the same, lots the main<br />
building or use and its necessary access-ways shall be reserved for <strong>of</strong>fstreet.<br />
12.3.5 In all districts, required parking areas and truck loading shall have safe and<br />
adequate access to a public street either by a driveway on the same lot or<br />
by means <strong>of</strong> a permanent easement across an adjoining lot.<br />
