TOWN OF VERNON<br />
ZONING REGULATIONS<br />
4.10.4.15 Commercial kennel, as defined in Section 2, provided that<br />
such a facility is located no closer than three hundred (300)<br />
feet from a residence or residential district. The three hundred<br />
(300) feet separation requirement shall not apply to veterinary<br />
facilities housed inside a building.<br />
4.10.4.16 Message board sign by approval <strong>of</strong> both a Site Plan and<br />
Special Permit.<br />
4.10.5 Use Variances: Under no circumstances shall the <strong>Zoning</strong> board <strong>of</strong> Appeals<br />
grant a variance to allow a use not permitted in an Industrial Zone.<br />
4.10.6 Protective Provisions:<br />
4.10.6.1 All industrial uses must be connected to sanitary sewers unless the<br />
Health Department approves the use <strong>of</strong> a septic system in writing<br />
prior to PZC action.<br />
The following sections <strong>of</strong> the <strong>Zoning</strong> <strong>Regulations</strong> have been deleted: 4.11, 4.12, and<br />
4.13 effective January 1, 1992.<br />
