ZONING REGULATIONS<br />

2.71 Lot Line Rear: That reference line which is used to determine the rear setback. This<br />

line shall be perpendicular or most nearly perpendicular to the lot depth line, and most<br />

distant from the front lot line <strong>of</strong> the lot or in the case <strong>of</strong> an irregular, triangular, or <strong>of</strong>fshaped<br />

lot, a line eighty (80) feet in length, drawn side line to side line entirely within the<br />

lot, perpendicular or most nearly perpendicular to the lot depth line, shall be considered<br />

to be the rear lot line. In the case <strong>of</strong> lots which have frontage on more than one road or<br />

street, the rear lot line shall be opposite the line along which the lot has access to a<br />

street frontage as determined in Section 2 defining “lot, corner”. This line may or may<br />

not be a property line.<br />

2.72 Lot Line Side: Any lot line other than a front or rear lot line.<br />

2.73 Lot, Rear: Any lot which has less than 51 feet <strong>of</strong> frontage on a public or private street in<br />

a mobile home park, has at least 1.25 times the minimum required lot area (including the<br />

access strip) for the zone in which it is located and has less than the required lot width at<br />

any point within the fifty feet <strong>of</strong> the lot frontage.<br />

2.74 Lot Width: The distance between the side lot lines measured to the side lot lines at the<br />

building line or setback line whichever is less restrictive. Where there is only one side lot<br />

line, lot width shall be measured between such lot line and the opposite lot line.<br />

2.74.1 If the lot width is measured at the building line, the lot width line shall be parallel<br />

to the side <strong>of</strong> the structure closest the front yard setback.<br />

2.74.2 In the case when the building line is unknown or no portion <strong>of</strong> the principal<br />

structure has a side facing the street, lot width shall be measured at the midpoint<br />

<strong>of</strong> and perpendicular to the lot depth line or the set back line whichever is the<br />

less restrictive.<br />

2.75 Massage: Means the systematic and scientific manipulation and treatment <strong>of</strong> the s<strong>of</strong>t<br />

tissues <strong>of</strong> the body, by use <strong>of</strong> pressure, friction, stroking, percussion, kneading, vibration<br />

by manual or mechanical means, range <strong>of</strong> motion and nonspecific stretching. Massage<br />

therapy may include the use <strong>of</strong> oil, ice, hot and cold packs, tub shower, stream, dry heat,<br />

or cabinet baths for the purpose <strong>of</strong>, but not limited to, maintaining good health and<br />

establishing and maintaining good physical and mental condition. Massage therapy<br />

does not encompass diagnosis, the prescribing <strong>of</strong> drugs or medicines, spinal or other<br />

joint manipulations, nor any service or procedure for which a license to practice<br />

medicine, chiropractic, naturopathy, physical therapy, or podiatry is required by law.<br />

2.76 Massage Area or Establishment: Any area or establishment by whatever name called,<br />

where any person engages in or carries on or permits to be engaged in or carries on or<br />

permits to be engaged in or carried on any <strong>of</strong> the activities <strong>of</strong> massage, as defined in the<br />

practice <strong>of</strong> massage therapy.<br />
