ZONING REGULATIONS<br />
12.3.6 An <strong>of</strong>f-street truck loading space shall have a minimum width <strong>of</strong> ten (10)<br />
feet, a minimum length <strong>of</strong> twenty-five (25) feet and a minimum clear height<br />
<strong>of</strong> fourteen (14) feet, excluding its access from the street.<br />
12.3.7 All <strong>of</strong>f-street parking spaces shall have a minimum width <strong>of</strong> nine (9) feet and<br />
a minimum length <strong>of</strong> seventeen (17) feet exclusive <strong>of</strong> access drive.<br />
12.3.8. In all zones, all driveways, parking areas, and access aisles, automobile<br />
dealer lots, and all <strong>of</strong>f-street truck loading spaces shall be suitably paved,<br />
drained and lighted, and appropriately planted and fenced for the protection<br />
<strong>of</strong> adjacent properties, and shall be arranged for convenient access, egress,<br />
snow removal and safety <strong>of</strong> vehicles and pedestrians. Such facilities shall<br />
be maintained in good condition by the owner.<br />
12.3.8.1 Parking lot aisle widths shall conform to the following table:<br />

12.3.8.2 For parking stall angles not list, the appropriate aisle width shall<br />
be determined by the <strong>Town</strong> Engineer.<br />
12.3.8.3 Stacked parking shall not be allowed for any non-residential use<br />
or mixed residential/commercial use. Stacked parking is any<br />
parking where a parking stall does not have direct access to a<br />
parking aisle or access way without going <strong>through</strong> another parking<br />
stall.<br />
12.3.9 When the number <strong>of</strong> parking spaces calculated as provided in Section 12<br />
results in the requirement <strong>of</strong> a fractional space, any fraction under one-half<br />
(1/2) may be disregarded and any fraction over one-half (1/2) shall be<br />
construed as requiring a full space.<br />
12.3.10 In the case <strong>of</strong> an expansion <strong>of</strong> a non-conforming building or the expansion<br />
<strong>of</strong> a permitted use, which does not meet the parking and loading<br />
requirements <strong>of</strong> Section 12 above, such expansion shall be subject to the<br />
following requirements:<br />
12.3.10.1 That portion <strong>of</strong> the building or use, which constitutes the<br />
expansion, is subject to the requirements <strong>of</strong> Section 12.<br />
