ZONING REGULATIONS<br />
20.6.1.2 The use will not have a significant adverse impact on an existing<br />
or potential domestic or municipal water supply; and is consistent<br />
with existing and probable future development or surrounding<br />
areas and;<br />
20.6.1.3 Groundwater quality at the down-gradient boundary <strong>of</strong> the property<br />
shall not be allowed to violate State and Federal drinking water<br />
standards.<br />
20.6.2 Materials to be submitted by Applicant: The following materials shall be<br />
submitted to the PZC in addition to those materials required by Sections 14<br />
or 17 <strong>of</strong> the <strong>Regulations</strong>.<br />
20.6.2.1 A site plan showing existing and proposed structures and the<br />
location <strong>of</strong> all facilities relevant to the other requirements specified<br />
in the paragraphs below.<br />
20.6.2.2 A complete list <strong>of</strong> all chemicals, pesticides, fuels, and other<br />
potentially toxic or hazardous materials to be used, generated,<br />
stored, or disposed <strong>of</strong> on the premises.<br />
20.6.2.3 A description <strong>of</strong> proposed measures to protect all storage<br />
containers or facilities associated with such materials from<br />
vandalism, accidental damage, corrosion and leakage. Such<br />
measures might include secure storage areas, shelters for<br />
corrodible or water soluble materials, spill control provisions<br />
around transfer points, and a schedule <strong>of</strong> future monitoring <strong>of</strong><br />
waste streams or groundwater on the site to ensure that proper<br />
control has been maintained.<br />
20.6.2.4 A description <strong>of</strong> proposed methods by which run<strong>of</strong>f from building<br />
areas will be recharged into the ground within the premises,<br />
preferably by diversion into vegetated areas where surface<br />
infiltration will occur. Dry wells shall be used only where surface<br />
infiltration is not feasible.<br />
20.6.2.5 Projections <strong>of</strong> concentrations <strong>of</strong> nitrogen and other relevant<br />
solutes in the groundwater at the down-gradient boundary <strong>of</strong> the<br />
property and at any other locations deemed pertinent by PZC<br />
including drinking water wells identified by construction <strong>of</strong> flow<br />
lines from the proposed site.<br />
