2.6 Connections LAN0, LAN1 (10/100 Base-T) The sockets LAN0 or LAN1 (10/100 Base-T) are used to connect the local network with local applications e.g. a programmable controller, a machine with an Ethernet interface for remote monitoring, or a notebook or desktop PC . Setup To set up the TAINY xMOD, connect the Admin PC with Web browser here. The interfaces support autonegation. It is thus detected automatically whether a transmission speed of 10 Mbit/s or 100 Mbit/s is used on the Ethernet. A connecting cable with a RJ45 plug must be used. It can be wired crossover or one-to-one. Service (USB) In the TAINY xMOD this interface has no function and is reserved for later applications. Please do not connect any devices here.
