Remote access<br />

Approved Call Numbers Specify the call number of the telephone connect<strong>io</strong>n from which the dial-in<br />

data connect<strong>io</strong>n is established. The telephone connect<strong>io</strong>n must support<br />

Calling Line Identificat<strong>io</strong>n Presentat<strong>io</strong>n (CLIP), and this funct<strong>io</strong>n must be<br />

activated.<br />

The call number entered in the TAINY xMOD must be exactly the same as<br />

the call number reported, any may also have to include the country code and<br />

prefix, e.g. +494012345678.<br />

If multiple call numbers of a private branch exchange are to have access<br />

authorisat<strong>io</strong>n, you can use the "*" symbol as a wildcard, e.g. +49401234*.<br />

Then all call numbers that begin with +49401234 will be accepted.<br />

Note<br />

Firewall rules entered for HTTPS and SSH access also apply for CSD<br />

access. The source IP address ("From IP") for CSD access is defined as<br />

10.99.99.2.<br />

New Adds a new approved call number for CSD remote access that<br />

you can then fill out.<br />

Delete Removes a firewall rule for CSD remote access.<br />

Factory setting The factory settings for the TAINY xMOD are as follows:<br />

Enable CSD dial-in No (switched off)<br />

PPP username service<br />

PPP password service<br />
