Preparation of this document is the responsibility of the City of Bremerton’s Department ofCommunity Development in consultation with Kitsap County. This <strong>Draft</strong> EIS is not an authorization for an action, nor does itconstitute a decision or recommendation for an action; in its final form, it will accompany the Proposed <strong>Action</strong> and will beconsidered in making the final decision for the Proposed <strong>Action</strong>.
