This Alternative is identical to the Preferred Alternative adopted in the 2012 Kitsap County ComprehensivePlan CFP. Since this alternative assumes mostly employment growth and very little housing growth, there is anegligible effect on a population-based service like parks and recreation.County <strong>Impact</strong>s. Given that the Base LOS standards were adopted to meet growth projections from the currentComprehensive Plan, the County will be able to meet its parks LOS measures under Alternative 1 with theprojected growth in the <strong>Gorst</strong> UGA.City of Bremerton <strong>Impact</strong>s. If the City of Bremerton annexes the <strong>Gorst</strong> UGA, it would have the following impactson demand for City of Bremerton parks services as compared to the adopted LOS:<strong>Draft</strong> | June 2013 3-207
