GORST PLANNED ACTION EIS | AFFECTED ENVIRONMENT, SIGNIFICANT IMPACTS, AND MITIGATION MEASURESOther Potential Mitigation Measures• The Kitsap Regional Library could partner with the Cities of Bremerton and Port Orchard to acquire additionalcirculation materials or expand their local branches to accommodate growth in <strong>Gorst</strong>.• The Kitsap Regional Library could increase the amount of circulation materials and services that are availableonline to reduce demand for physical library space and offset new growth in <strong>Gorst</strong>.Significant Unavoidable Adverse <strong>Impact</strong>sAs population increases within the watershed and <strong>Gorst</strong> UGA, the demand for library services will also increase.The library system as a whole will experience increased demand as more people require greater collections ofmaterials and other resources.
