If the student does not attendthe interview, the discipline processcontinues without him.c. Within 2 days of completing theinvestigation, the Discipline Officer mustrender a decision and communicate it tothe Vice President Student Services.d. The Vice President Student Services has 2days to deliver the decision, in writing, tothe student and copy others as indicatedin the policy.e. If the student withdraws (according totimelines as indicated in the academicschedule) at any time during the process,the Discipline Officer can overturn thevoluntary withdrawal and apply thedisciplinary sanction as per “d” above.f. Students may appeal disciplinary mattersas per E3103 Student Appeals.Sanctions:a. A mark reduction on a piece ofacademic workb. A mark of zero on a piece ofacademic workc. A grade reduction in a coursed. A grade of F in a coursee. Reprimandf. Disciplinary probationg. Rescindment of credential with automaticexpulsion and transcript notation of“Rescindment of Credential” (not eligiblefor expungement of this notation)Overview of process:a.
