Sheet C044CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE SHEETCHANGING AN ELECTRIC COMPONENTON THE BOTTOM CONTROL PANELFolio 1/1Caution!Do not use the machineduring maintenanceoperations.1 - Preliminary operations• Put the machine in the maintenance configuration (see correspondingparagraph).• Switch off electric power (see corresponding paragraph).• Disconnect the «-» then «+» terminals to isolate the circuit.2 - Removing a component from the bottom control panel• Open the door of the bottom control panel (1).• Mark and disconect the electric connections (3) of the component to bereplaced (2).• Remove the component.3 - Installing a component in the bottom control panel• Put a new component and seal into place on the front panel of the bottomcontrol panel.NB:In the case of a lever switch, adjust the position of the fixing nut andcounter-nut so that the switch lever’s articulation pin is at the samelevel as the seal, to ensure tightness.1 2 3• Reconnect the electric connections according to the marks made duringdismantling.• Close the door of the bottom control panel.• Reconnect the « + » then « - » terminals of the battery.4 - Test• Put the machine back into the operational configuration.• Perform the function corresponding to the replaced component to checkthat it works properly.
