PROFILE OF ECONOMIC ACTIVITYON KANGAROO ISLAND4.1 Kangaroo Island Economy in 2011/12In order to set the context for the estimates of local economic impact of the agriculture andtourism industries (which follow), a brief profile of economic activity on Kangaroo Island in2011/12 is provided below.
