It wasstruck in pursuance of the ordinance of November 20,1421.There is another specimen in the BibliothequeRationale, and a third specimen was in the MurdochCollection (PI. xi. 385).Only three specimens were known to de Saulcy, namely,the specimen in the French National Collection, one inthe collection of M. Fabre, and one which he states wasin the British Museum.
