Its full weightis <strong>the</strong>same as that <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> previous issue, <strong>and</strong> it was current for<strong>the</strong> same amount.St. L6.<strong>The</strong> mint at St. L6 was not opened until April 14,1420. <strong>The</strong> gros <strong>of</strong> this issue was ordered to be struck<strong>the</strong>re on April 18. <strong>The</strong> mint-mark was to be a pelletunder <strong>the</strong> 2nd letters <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> legends. Probably at thisdate, too, <strong>the</strong> mint-mark <strong>of</strong> Rouen was altered to a pelletunder <strong>the</strong> 1st letters <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> legends. <strong>The</strong> Treaty <strong>of</strong>Troyes was on <strong>the</strong> point <strong>of</strong> being signed, <strong>and</strong> Henryprobably <strong>the</strong>n decided on <strong>the</strong>se mint- marks to designate<strong>the</strong> 1st <strong>and</strong> 2nd mints <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Duchy <strong>of</strong> Norm<strong>and</strong>y.I have not met with any grosL6 Mint.<strong>of</strong> this issue <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> St.Third Issue.
