Agroup leader recognizes the disabled person's talents and abilities, and can stimulate and developthem systematically through appropriate qualification programs.Traineeship groupIn every workshop there is a traineeship group in which the workshop employees exchange their workexperience acquired outside the workshop. The workshop employees have to moderate the groupalternately, i.e. to take minutes. This way they practise a reliable and independent work – both ofwhich are prerequisites for getting employed in the open labour market.Working at the client's premisesThe group leader works with his/her group in the client's company. The workshop employees wearcompany clothing of the client. They experience how non-disabled colleagues work together, stand attheassemblylinewiththemandgotothecanteenwiththem.TraineeshipDuringthetraineeship,aworkshopemployeeworksalonefor3weeksinacompanyintheopenlabour market. The traineeship is supervised and supported by a job coach.62A workplace outside the workshopThe disabled employee can work in a company in the open labour market for an unlimited period oftime.Theemployerpaysawagethatcorrespondstotheactuallyperformedjobanditcanbeadjustedif necessary. A job coach supervises and supports the measure.
