Purpose
The DML command defines a label and error treatment options for one or more immediately
following DML statements. DML statements relevant to a Teradata TPump job are INSERT,
UPDATE, DELETE, and EXECUTE, with UPDATE and INSERT statements sometimes paired
to form either a basic upsert or an Atomic upsert operation.
