Chapter 3: Teradata TPump Commands LOGOFF The restart table is dropped when this command is executed. If execution is terminated before the LOGOFF command is encountered, the restart table is not dropped, in order to support a restart at a later time. Chapter 3: Teradata TPump Commands LOGON LOGON Purpose Syntax The LOGON command establishes a Teradata SQL session between Teradata TPump and Teradata Database. Use it to specify the LOGON string for connecting sessions required by subsequent functions. The ACCEPT and SET commands are valid commands preceding LOGON and LOGTABLE commands.
