القر 54<br />
قال ما خطبكم 820 27<br />
53. And He destroyed the overthrown<br />
cities (of Sodom to which Prophet<br />
Lout (Lot) was sent).<br />
54. So there covered them that which<br />
did cover (i.e. torment with stones).<br />
55. Then which of the Graces of your<br />
Lord (O man!) will you doubt.<br />
56. This (Muhammad SAW) is a<br />
warner (Messenger) of the (series of)<br />
warners (Messengers) of old.<br />
57. The Day of Resurrection draws<br />
near,<br />
58. None besides Allah can avert it,<br />
(or advance it, or delay it).<br />
59. Do you then wonder at this recital<br />
﴾۵۸ ؕ ﴿ ٌ<br />
ٰ ی ﴾۵۵﴿<br />
ال ُو ۡ ٰ ۡ ي ﴾۵۶﴿<br />
اَه ٰ وی ﴿ ۙ ﴾۵۳<br />
ۡ<br />
ٰ ي ﴿ ۚ ﴾۵۴<br />
و َ ال ۡ مُؤ ۡ تَفِكَةَ<br />
ف ٰ َغَشّ هَ ا مَا غَّ<br />
َآءِ رَبّ<br />
ال<br />
ٰ ِ<br />
َبِ اَیّ<br />
ف<br />
َذِي ۡ رٌ<br />
ه ٰ ذَا ن<br />
ِنَ<br />
مّ<br />
َار<br />
َم<br />
ِك تَ<br />
ُّذُ<br />
الن ِر<br />
َة ُ ﴿ ۚ ﴾۵۷<br />
َتِ ال ٰ ۡ زِف<br />
اَزِف<br />
ۡ َ سَ لَهَا مِنۡ<br />
ل<br />
َمِن<br />
اَ<br />
ُون<br />
وَ ت ۡ َضح ۡ<br />
هِ<br />
ٰ اللّ<br />
َة د ۡ ُو نِ<br />
كَاشِ ف<br />
ِثت ۡ َع جَ ۡ بُو نَ<br />
ُون<br />
ۡ تَبك ۡ<br />
(the Quran)?<br />
ا ﴿ ۙ ﴾۵۹<br />
هذَا ۡ<br />
ٰ<br />
60. And you laugh at it and weep not,<br />
﴾۶۰ ۙ ﴿ َ َ<br />
َ ك<br />
61. Wasting your (precious) lifetime in<br />
pastime and amusements (singing, etc.).<br />
62. So fall you down in prostration to<br />
Allah, and worship Him (Alone).<br />
﴾۶۲ ﴿<br />
﴾۶۱﴿<br />
و َ اَن ُمۡ ۡ<br />
س ٰ مِدُو ۡ نَ<br />
هِ<br />
ف ۡ َا ۡ جُدُوا ٰ لِلّ<br />
َدِيۡ<br />
ول<br />
ُو ۡ ا<br />
وَ اع ۡ بُد<br />
3 37<br />
ََ<br />
54<br />
اياتها55<br />
ٰ<br />
ّٰ<br />
رَّحِ <br />
سُ وۡ رَۃالق<br />
ِس ۡ مِ الل<br />
ِر مَك ِيَّة<br />
ِم ارَّحم ٰ نِ ا<br />
ركوعاتها<br />

In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful.<br />
1. The Hour has drawn near, and the<br />
moon has been cleft asunder (the<br />
people of Makkah requested Prophet<br />
Muhammad SAW to show them a<br />
miracle, so he showed them the<br />
splitting of the moon).<br />
