whether the ADS-B Transmitting Subsystem is announcing NIC=7 with either (RC < 0.2 NM) or NIC=6 (R C < 0.3 NM) or NIC=6 with (R C < 0.6 NM) or NIC=0 with (R C<br />

>= 0.6 NM or unknown).<br />

9. Future versions of this Manual may limit transmission of Surface Position Messages at lower NIC <strong>and</strong>/or NAC P values <strong>for</strong> Transponder-Based systems.<br />
