MSP capability report (3 of 3)<br />

PURPOSE: To indicate MSP services that are installed <strong>and</strong> require a<br />

service.<br />

Each bit shall indicate that the MSP it represents requires service when set<br />

to 1.<br />

1) In register 1F16 the least significant bits of both uplink <strong>and</strong> downlink<br />

channel fields shall not be used.<br />

2) The conditions <strong>for</strong> setting the capability bits shall be as defined in the<br />

specification of the corresponding service, see section §A.3.<br />
