Spirits. Take a tour and savor some<br />
of the USA’s finest spirits in the most<br />
delicious cocktails west of the Atlantic<br />
(non-alcoholic beverages available too),<br />
while enjoying live music, outdoor/<br />
indoor games and events, or just kicking<br />
back and taking in the gorgeous fields<br />
and sunsets from the tasting room bar<br />
honed from timbers of 19th-century<br />
sailing ships.<br />
Nowhere is the agricultural artisan<br />
spirit more alive than at Nauti, the Mid-<br />
Atlantic’s premier farm distillery, where<br />
spirits are made the right way — the real<br />
way. From ingredients grown largely on<br />
their farm, the Nauti crew handcrafts<br />
their internationally awarded gold<br />
medal vodka, gin, rum and whiskeys.<br />
They created their flagship vodka<br />
from sweet potatoes and corn grown<br />
on their farm, while their aromatic gin<br />
begins its life as 100% locally grown<br />
wheat, infused with juniper, citrus and<br />
exotic botanicals.<br />
Nauti rum, batch-distilled from highgrade<br />
southern molasses, is made for<br />
both sipping and mixing. With corn from<br />
their farm, and rye, wheat and barley<br />
grown on local land that they lease,<br />
Nauti produces its outstanding straight<br />
bourbon whiskey and small-batch<br />
“session” whiskeys.<br />
Head Distiller Brad Ransom has<br />
been at Nauti since the very beginning,<br />
working as a production assistant and<br />
eventually stepping up to the top role.<br />
Brad’s attention to detail and passion<br />
for creation are two of the biggest<br />
factors in bringing Nauti products to its<br />
guests and patrons<br />
