(SAR team to ensure they have a PO number and a Cost Center number from Police)<br />
SAR RESPONDERS carry out OPERATIONAL RISK ASSESSMENT & follow<br />
all NSOPS and CSOPS<br />
SurfCom can record the OPERATIONAL RISK ASSESSMENT if required<br />
SAR responders consider all other SAR agencies including other SLSNZ<br />
SAR units that may be of assistance at all times and inform SurfCom<br />
SAR Coordinator or designated Comms Officer keeps SurfCom updated of<br />
incident progress. SurfCom updates relevant agencies and SLS staff.<br />
SAR Coordinator checks all relevant reporting forms have been filed to<br />
SAR administrator and follow up well-being checks on all SAR team<br />
members who responded.<br />
