a) The hull being used<br />
b) The engine number being used<br />
c) The names of the crew and operators<br />
d) The hours which the craft was used for<br />
e) Tick the setup and pack down list as required<br />
f) Any issues or breakages with the equipment<br />
4.14 The log book should be stored in the IRB shed or Patrol Tower and be accessible to<br />
patrol members.<br />
4.15 If there are any notes or concerns – ensure that the power craft officer is informed as<br />
soon as practicable.<br />
Beach Vehicle Logbook<br />
A logbook should be completed every time a beach vehicle is setup/packed down for<br />
operations.<br />
Note - There is no current national logbook. If your club has their own logbook, please<br />
continue to complete before and after use.<br />
4.16 Record requested information such as;<br />
a) The names of the operators<br />
b) The hours which the vehicle was used for<br />
c) Tick the setup and pack down lists as required<br />
d) Any issues or breakages with the vehicle<br />
4.17 The logbook should be stored in the Patrol Tower and be accessible to patrol<br />
members, patrol captains and club management.<br />
4.18 If there are any concerns – ensure they are recorded and inform the powercraft<br />
officer as soon as practicable (see Club Contact CSOP).<br />
