Awellnesscenterforthegasmonopoly’semployeeswillappearinRepino.TheprojectisrealizedbytheWellnessandRehabilitationCenter,FakelLtd.Thiscompanywasallotteda49-haplotonBolshoiProspektintheRepinodistrictforexploration.Accordingtoopensources,FakelLtdwasfoundedbyCJSCPeterburggazstroy(oneofGazprom'scontractors).Theinvestorisgoingtobuilda100,000-sqmcenterforthegasmonopoly’semployeestovisit.Thelevelofinvestmentnears$200million.LastAugustSadko-Management(a100-percentsubsidiaryoftheItalian-SwisstrustholdingSadkoRealEstateorSREregisteredinLuxembourg).“Thisisaprojectofourpartners,namelyPeterburggazstroy,“commentedSadko-ManagementCEO,AlbertFrolov.“Theyhaveampleresourcesandexperiencetorealizeitontheirown.TheprojecthasjustbeenstartedsotheinvolvementofSadkoisundecided.”<br />
