Capacity. For typical use, such as prerecorded movies, both VHS and<br />

<strong>DVD</strong> have sufficient capacity. For anything requiring longer playing times,<br />

however, such as training videos or video libraries, a double-sided, duallayer<br />

<strong>DVD</strong> can hold over 8 hours of high-quality video or 33 hours at VHS<br />
