development indicators (TDI) within a framework called LEAP (Learning and Evaluation with
Accountability and Planning), World Vision International’s global management information system. The
LEAP framework works to ensure that community input is incorporated into all aspects of the
programming cycle, including assessment, project design, implementation, and monitoring & evaluation
transition processes into all project cycles to further achieve project success.
