2. Collaboration with Coordination committees: World Vision <strong>India</strong> through its PMU Director will<br />
collaborate with Coordination committee that is formed at National Level and also coordinate with The<br />
Union. However the Monitoring and Evaluation Unit would collaborate with the Coordination<br />
Committees formed at the State and district level between programme managers and civil society<br />
implementing agencies to jointly monitor the project activities.<br />
3. Coordination with SRs and partners: SRs will organize regular quarterly meetings of civil society<br />
implementing staff and will conduct supervisory visits at service delivery levels.<br />
4. Support SRs at all levels (District and State level) in aspects related to M&E (could include bringing the<br />
clarity on monitoring indicators, QPR generation etc.) where required<br />
5. Review of QPRs and provide feedback to SRs<br />
6. Regular monitoring visits – check up of registers, random data entry check for select indicators.<br />
The PMU monitoring & evaluation unit is responsible in overall M&E of the project<br />
