change <strong>in</strong> the sterl<strong>in</strong>g/US dollar exchange rate. An exchange rate is set at the end of March each year and an exchange rate based adjustment is made <strong>in</strong> the follow<strong>in</strong>g March.<br />
7 The Company’s contributions to Andrew Wood’s FURBS ceased on 5 April 2006 and follow<strong>in</strong>g the change <strong>in</strong> UK pension law he elected to receive a cash replacement equivalent to the<br />
