introduction<br />
The rehabilitation method using the<br />
EBIPMS (mean a computer based massage),<br />
using pressure cuffs with the uniform<br />
compression of muscle tissue during<br />
massage therapy of the arms and the legs.<br />
Interactively informs on screen the massage<br />
effect in form of the muscles relaxation<br />
degree.<br />
Purpose of the research<br />
Purpose of the research using the<br />
EBIPMS – method is to activate important<br />
signaling molecule nitric oxide (NO),<br />
which penetrates into and activates muscle<br />
causing relaxation of smooth muscle cells<br />
(Nobel Prize 1988). On this way NO induces<br />
synthesis of cyclic GMP, by activation<br />
of enzyme guanylyl cycles (GC) leading to<br />
relaxation of myosin (muscle <strong>pro</strong>tein) and<br />

relaxation of the muscle in physiological<br />
way.<br />
The group of patients, treatment<br />
and research using eBiPMS –<br />
method and results:<br />
a. The treatment of postoperative swelling<br />
of the hands and arms, during 3 days at<br />
the Department of Hand Surgery, reducing<br />
swelling in a physiological manner.<br />
b. The treatment of postoperative swelling<br />
legs after coronary bypass during 4 days<br />
at the Department of Heart Surgery,<br />
with good results.<br />
c. The treatment of S scoliosis, after<br />
2 month massage of legs and arms the<br />
pain has stopped.<br />
d. The treatment of postoperative paralyzed<br />
patient in both legs during 5 years,<br />
after 3 weeks of massage return sensibility<br />
I both big toes and after 2 month<br />
patient can get up and go.<br />
e. The treatment of Carpal Syndrome,<br />
after 7 days massage of arm syndrome<br />
has been finish.<br />
f. The treatment of 5 year old boy with<br />
Congenital Muscle Dystrophy, after<br />
3 months massage of legs, the boy started<br />
crawling on the floor. The video<br />
available for boy end for paralyzed.<br />
