Whoever shall be so rude as to hiss at a B<strong>ro</strong>ther, or at<br />

v hat another says, or has said, he shall be forthwith solemnly<br />

e tcluded the Communication, and declared incapable of ever<br />

being a Member of any Grand Lodge for the future, till<br />

another time he publicly owns his fault, and his grace be<br />

granted.—(New Reg. Art 40.)<br />

ART. 17. There shall be a book kept by the Grand Mas­<br />

ter or Deputy, or rather by some B<strong>ro</strong>ther appointed Secretary<br />

of the Grand Lodge ; wherein shall be recorded all the<br />

Lodges, with the usual times and places of their forming,<br />

and the names of all the members of each Lodge ; also all<br />

the affairs of the Grand Lodge, that are p<strong>ro</strong>per to be written.<br />

ART. 18. Carnarvan, Grand Master, December, 4,1755.<br />

[t was unanimously agreed, That no B<strong>ro</strong>ther, for the future,<br />

hill smoke tobacco in the Grand Lodge, at the quarterly<br />

unmunication, or Committee of Charity, till the Lodge<br />

ART. 1. The present Grand Master shall nominate his<br />

u -cessor for the year ensuing ; who, if unanimously app<strong>ro</strong>ved<br />

ly the Grand Lodge, and there present, shall be p<strong>ro</strong>claimed,<br />

faulted, and congratulated the new Grand Master, and<br />

immediately installed by the last Grand Master, according to<br />
