named, toform a new Lodge in . They cheerfully recommend them
to the Most Worshipful Grand Master, as Master Masons in good standing,
who, for the purpose heroin contemplated, have regularly withdrawn from
the Lodge (or Lodges), with which they have been connected, a certificate of
the same from the Secretary of said Lodge (orLodges), hiving been regularly
submitted. They do also certify that the Brother, named in said petition for
Master, is fully competent to confer the three first degrees in Masonry. Not
