Resolved, That Anderson's Constitutions be printed with the p<strong>ro</strong>ceedings<br />

f this Grand Lodge.<br />

lesolved, That the Constitution p<strong>ro</strong>posed by the Grand Secretary be re-<br />

rred to the Committee on Masonic Jurisprudence, hereafter to be appointed,<br />

o report on the same at tbe next Annual Communication.<br />

The question was taken, and the sul stitute agreed to.<br />

Tbe question was taken on adopting the Report, and con-<br />

r, in the recommendations as amended, and decided in<br />

; affirmative.<br />

The Committee on Petitions and Grievances submitted the<br />

following Report, which was accepted and the Resolutions<br />

adopted.<br />

REPORT.<br />

Tour Committee would report that they have examined the papers in the<br />

appeal of John M. Kcown, f<strong>ro</strong>m tho action of Elgin Lodge, No. 117, and<br />

would offer tho following resolution :<br />

Resolved, That the action of Elgin Lodge, No. 117, in tho case of John M.<br />

Kcown, be sustained.<br />

The Grand Secretary presented his account current for<br />

he peat year, which was referred to the Committee on Fi­<br />

ance and Accounts.<br />

W. B<strong>ro</strong>. Haines offered tbe following Resolution, which,<br />

i ail motion, was referred to the Committee on Masonic<br />

urisprudence, viz:<br />

eJ. That it shall be p<strong>ro</strong>per for subordinate Lodges to reconsider an<br />

ible ballot, upon the application of a candidate for the Mysteries of<br />

, p<strong>ro</strong>vided, tbe same shall be reconsidered before closing of the<br />

B<strong>ro</strong>. Watson offered the fofiofring Resolution, which was<br />

referred to the Committee on Masonic Jurisprudence, viz.:<br />

Resolved, That resolution No. XV., on page 120 of printed p<strong>ro</strong>ceedings of<br />

1852, be repealed.
