Your Committee recommend the adoption of the following resolution :
Reiolved, That Charters be granted as follows, to wit:
To Hutsonville Lodge as Hutsonville Lodge No. 136
To Polk Lodge as Polk Lodge « 137
To Marengo Lodge as Marengo Lodge 138
And thai the It- preventatives from Eaid Lodges be invited to take seats in
his Grand Lodge.
Resolved, That as Warsaw Lodge, Troy Lodge, Trinity Lodge, Geneva
Lodge and Olney Lodge have made no returns; they have, therefore, no
anger any authority from the Grand Lodge to work under the Dispensations

Ti Diock, and others, for Dispensation to open a new Lodge, be returned,
n ord.r I hat a certificate may accompany their petition, certifying that the
master recommended is fully competent to confer the three first Degrees, and
thai they be. informed that a Dispensation can bo procured from the M. W.
Grand Master, on presenting the petition to him, accompanied by such a
certificate.
