The example we’re using mirrors a portal page of sorts. Users might regularly visit this site to view an aggregation of different<br />

types of information, and the importance of certain information will vary among users.<br />

All of the interface customization is, by necessity, done with JavaScript. This means that user agents that are not JavaScriptenabled<br />

will not be able to access the customization functionality. Those users will receive the default view of the page and<br />

be able to access all the information as if it were a normal static web page.<br />
