Durante los días 11, 12 y 13 <strong>de</strong> enero la Aca<strong>de</strong>mia <strong>de</strong> Caballería ha inaugurado un nuevo seminario<br />
para sus alumnos; en esta ocasión se trata <strong>de</strong> acercarse <strong>de</strong>s<strong>de</strong> distintas perspectivas al Derecho<br />
<strong>de</strong> la Guerra, Derecho Internacional Humanitario o como actualmente más se impone: Derecho<br />
Internacional <strong>de</strong> los Conflictos Armados, comúnmente llamado DICA. Durante tres días autorida<strong>de</strong>s<br />
en <strong>de</strong>recho internacional, profesionales <strong>de</strong> las organizaciones que trabajan en zona <strong>de</strong> operaciones<br />
