Parce que l’art se retrouve aussi dans l’assiette
Art&Design a décidé de consacrer, dans ce
numéro, un dossier spécial « gastronomie et vins ».
Savant mélange de saveurs, de couleurs et
de textures la gastronomie, particulièrement la
gastronomie française, est sans conteste un art à
part entière
De Michael Rostang à la maison Dalloyau en passant
par l’inévitable Tour d’argent, tous les chefs et maison
de renom se sont installés dans la ville lumière car
Paris est incontestablement devenue un haut lieu de
la gastronomie.
Forte de sa réputation à travers le monde la
gastronomie française tend désormais à s’exporter à
l’international. En Asie, aux Etats-Unis ou au Moyen
orient, le savoir-faire à la Française, est de plus en
plus demandé et apprécié par les gourmets.
Grâce à leurs ambitions et leurs talents, nombre de
nos chefs ont déjà franchis avec succès le pas vers
l’international.
Il est désormais possible de s’attabler à la maison
Dalloyau au japon ou de manger une pâtisserie
Fauchon à Tel-aviv.
Le bon goût français élargit ses frontières et permet
à la gastronomie française d’accroitre sa réputation
internationale.

chosen to publish a special report on Food & Wine
in this issue.
Without doubt, blending colours, textures and
flavours - particularly in French cuisine - remains an
art form per se.
From Michel Rostang to the Maison Dalloyaux and
the inevitable Tour d'Argent, the greatest chefs and
eateries in the world call the city of lights home.
Indeed, Paris is the world capital for gastronomy and
fine wines.
Armed with its worldwide reputation, French
gastronomy continues to export around the world. In
Asia, the United States and the Middle East, French
"savoir-faire" remains increasingly in demand and
appreciated by gourmets.
Thanks to their incredible talent and ambition, many
of our chefs have already made the leap to the
international stage.
Today, it is possible to book at table in Japan's
Maison Dalloyau or nibble on a Fauchon pâtisserie in
the heart of Tel-Aviv.
French good taste pushes back its frontiers and
allows this emblematic know-how to develop its
international reputation.
