When Anne Budin, alias Naen, locks herself<br />
into her workshop to paint, you should<br />
not disturb her. The artist is extremely<br />
concentrated, having a dialogue only with<br />
her painting and tools.<br />
Here, on the canvas, come to life<br />
movements, forms, games of shade and<br />
light which communicate us sincere and<br />
powerful feelings, let us free to dream, to<br />
escape.<br />
The works of Naen are characterized<br />
by a profusion of colors, dynamic and<br />
harmonious lines, some zones charged in<br />
material and others convenient to tranquillity.<br />
The artist uses among others materials<br />
some acrylic, marble powder and colored<br />
India inks which <strong>all</strong>ow her to distil in her<br />
works magnificent lighting effects and<br />
transparency, getting for her forms a<br />
beautiful delicacy.<br />
Self-taught and instinctive, Naen marries<br />
colors with an incredible spontaneity, waking<br />
tints at the same time as our imagination …<br />

Member of ART3F, Naen will expose in Nice<br />
from 14 till 16 October, in Mulhouse from<br />
18 till 20 November, in Montpellier from 2<br />
till 4 December and in Paris from 27 till 29<br />
January 2017. You can visit her <strong>all</strong> year<br />
long in her workshop of Var (La Londe les<br />
Maures).<br />
