C’est de sa terre natale, le Finistère, que cet artiste peintre
autodidacte aujourd’hui installé en Allemagne, puise la majeure
partie de son inspiration.
Ses toiles figuratives aux couleurs puissantes et chaleureuses
illustrent sa fascination pour la force des éléments.
Marin pendant 25 ans, ayant vogué sur toutes les mers du monde,
Loïc Sutre s’inspire également des légendes et superstitions
bretonnes, de ces rochers du château de Dinan aux formes
incroyables, de ces falaises autour desquelles se chuchotent
depuis des siècles de passionnantes et mystérieuses légendes…

Le peintre aime également travailler sur le thème de la femme,
soulignant sa sensualité et sa force, ajoutant toujours des
éléments féériques, le rêve n’étant finalement jamais très loin de
la réalité…

forms, these cliffs around which whisper for centuries fascinating
and mysterious legends …
The painter also likes working on the theme of woman, underlining
her sensualism and strength, still adding magic elements, dream
being finally never very far from reality …
