96Cruz LMAB.; Sacramento RS; Belfort F; Rogrigues AM; Morales Mage was 46.2 months, 52% of these patients were maleand 47% were female. Axial length, increase for the agewas found in 85% of the eyes, and papilla excavation tothe ultrasonography was evidenced in 108 exams (73%).Asymmetry among the axial lengths was observed in47% of the eyes. Mobil vitreous membrane was thevitreous alteration that happened in large frequency(26.4%). In 13 eyes (8.8%) retina detachment wasobserved. There were found seven eyes with wallthickening and seven with subsequent staphiloma. Conclusions: In most of the eyes (85%) an axial lengthincreased for age was found. Papillary excavationevidenced to the exam was found in 73% of the eyes. In54% of the appraised eyes glass alterations has beendetected and movable vitreous membranes (MVM) hasbeen observed in 26% of the children. Retinadisplacement was found in 8.8%, diffuse thickening ofthe ocular wall and subsequent staphiloma in 4.7%respectively.
