Sa!lık çalı#anları, bu sosyal hak kayıplarına kar#ı çe#itli platformlardatepkilerini dile getirmektedirler. Bu tepkilerin bir örne!ini de, Dokuz Eylül ÜniversitesiTıp Fakültesi Hastanesi Sa!lık Çalı#anları Platformu’nun Kasım 2011’den buyana sürdürdü!ü “Saat 10.30” adlı kolektif eylemler olu#turmaktadır. Bu kolektif eylemlerintemel talepleri, 663 sayılı Kanun Hükmünde Kararname’nin (KHK) kaldırılması,güvenceli i# hakkının hayata geçirilmesi ve performans sisteminin son bulmasıolarak dile getirilmektedir. Bu çalı#manın iki amacı bulunmaktadır. Bunlardan ilki,“10.30 Kolektif Eylemleri”nin niteli!ini ve istenen sosyal de!i#imleri gerçekle#tirebilmepotansiyelini analiz etmektir. "kincisi ise, kolektif eyleme katılan sa!lık çalı#anlarının,bu eylemlere katılma motivasyonlarını, kolektif eylem yazınında von Zomeren veSpears (2009) tarafından ileri sürülmü# olan “Kolektif Eylem Motivasyonlarının ÜçlüSınıflaması” çerçevesinde analiz etmektir. Bunun için, eylemleri ba#latan ve sürdüren8 sa!lık çalı#anı ile görü#meler yapılmı# ve eylemlerin yayın organı olan Alakarga bülteniincelenmi#tir. Ara#tırma verilerinden elde edilen sonuçlar, “10.30 Kolektif Eylemleri”katılımcılarının “de!erci” motivasyona sahip olduklarına ve eylemlerinin sosyalde!i#imi gerçekle#tirebilmesi için grup içinde norm birli!inin olu#turulmasına ve eylemlerinsüreklili!ine vurgu yaptıklarına i#aret etmektedir.Anahtar Kelimeler: sa!lık alanında kolektif eylem, kolektif eylemlerin motivasyonu.Abstract: The changes taking place in the health sector have resulted in importantlosses in the social rights of healthcare workers. Against these social rights losses,healthcare workers are reflecting their responses diversely in different occasions. Oneof these responses is the “10:30 Collective Action” of the “Health Workers Platform ofDokuz Eylul University”, which has been continuing since November 2011. The mainobjectives of these collective actions are the revoking of Decree numbered 663, provisionof job security and putting an end to performance based system in the health sector.In this study, there are two aims. Firstly, there will be an analysis of the nature andthe potential of “10.30 Collective Action” in terms of social changes it aims to bringwith these collective actions. Secondly, the motivations of healthcare workers for supportingthese collective actions will be interpreted in terms of Zomeren and Spears’“Classification of Motivations for Collective Action.” For this purpose, interviews werecarried out with eight healthcare workers of the platform who have organized andbeen continuing to engage in these collective actions. In addition, the Alakarga Bulletinsof “10.30 Collective Action” were surveyed. The results of the research indicatethat healthcare workers have theologian’s (value-oriented) motivations and that theyare emphasizing the norm congruence and continuousness of collective actions forachieving the social changes they desired.Keywords: collective action in the field of health, motivations of collective actions.239
