The President should be above 35 and 65 and be married. A President who has divorced his wife should not be a President of<br />
Kenya because that is a bad show to the public. He should be a good Christian or a Muslim and should clear his note, he<br />
should be an elected MP of political party and should not be an ethist. The Presidential powers should not be above the law.<br />
The present powers of the President are that one of adictator. A President should declare a Vice President as his runmate in a<br />
general election. And the Vice President also should have the qualifications of that of a President and should – they should all<br />
score 1% of the total votes cast in the republic of Kenya.<br />
The Presidential terms should be 2 terms of 5 years each and after attaining two terms, the President can be pensionable but if<br />
he does not get 2 terms of 5 years each he should not be pensioned.<br />
The President should not be above the law and should be executed if he commit any type of an offence when he is in office.<br />
He can as well be removed by parliament and by the 25% of theMPs voting against him.<br />
Members of Parliament - the qualifications of members of parliament should be almost equivalent to that of a President and he<br />
should serve for only 2 terms of 5 years each and be pensionable if he completes the two terms. An MP who is not elected for<br />
two terms is not qualified for a pension.<br />
Members of Parliament can be recalled by their constituents and by an order of court.<br />
MPs who defect from their political parties, the other parties when their term of office is not offer should not be allowed to<br />
contest under election.<br />
The MPs also who dissove their party, should not be allowed to stay in parliament as orphans and they should not be allowe to<br />
contest a by-election at all.<br />
No probation for the military MPs should note in Kenya Parliament.<br />
Local authorities: qualifications for mayors and county chairmen should be a university degree and nothing as equivalent.<br />
Qualifications for councilors should be an O’ level.<br />
Chief officers of the council and the councilors should be paid from the government funds. All revenue collected from the<br />
council should be released to the local areas.<br />
No local authority should be less than 7 councillors, or even more 25 councillors regardless of their size The coucillor can only<br />

Elections of mayor and council chairmen will only be done by councilors because if we elect the chairmen or the mayors in the<br />

director of CID should be vetted by the public service commission and approved by the parliament.<br />
