THE EXAMPLE OF ŁEBARESORTSummaryIn the article was taken an issue of tourist perception determinants in the casestudy of tourists visited Łeba – one of the most popular and often visited polish coastalresort. As a source of the research used the results of the questionnaire survey whichwere taken in the beaches of Łeba during the holiday of 2008 year.The first goal of the article was to show the main factors of the Łeba attractivenessin the tourist opinion, next the range of the spatial influence of Łeba as the tourist resort.The results show Łeba is identified by tourist through its reception values. Fromthe other side the very important factor of Łeba attractiveness is its surroundings withits main attractive – Słowiński National Park with the coastal dunes with the biggestsurface of coastal dunes in Poland.The perception image is additionally modified by demographic, spatial and socialand economical factors characterized tourists especially by education of tourists, theirsgender and age and the number of population of the tourists cities residence.Translated by Krzysztof Parzych
