SE/PVC Configuration Parameters
• A copy of the Forward Explicit Congestion Notification (FECN) bit of the
received Frame Relay frames (value = FECN).
For details, see “Service Interworking Functions” on page 1-19.
Values: 0, 1, FECN
Default: FECN
Indicates whether the DE bit should be:
• Reset (value = 0)
• Set (value = 1)
• A copy of the CLP bit of the received ATM frames (value = CLP).

Indicates whether the FECN bit should be:
• Reset (value = 0)
• Set (value = 1)
• A copy of the EFCI bit of the received ATM frames (value = EFCI).
