OLASZ RÖVIDFILMEK / SHORT FILMS FROM ITALY
11th International Short Film Festival Bracciano - Trevignano July 7th - 11th, 2005
From July 7th to 11th, 2005, will take place at Bracciano and Trevignano the 11th edition of the International Short Film Festival.
Two international sections, I BELLISSIMI and LO STATO DELLE COSE, will present the best of international short film production, the first section is reserved to
those films which have been awarded at the most known international festivals, the second one is a wide look on latest international production, with a special
regard to those shorts not yet screened in Italy. Italy will have two competitive sections, PROPOSTE ITALIANE, a selection of the best Italian short films shot in
print, CORTINVIDEO, the best shot on video and digital formats.
HUNGARY and ROMANIA will be the two guest countries of the 2005 edition. Two retrospective programs made of the best shorts from these two countries.
The first program is realized in cooperation with Mediawave, Music and Cinema Festival of Gyõr, that is also participating to a staff exchange, with the support
of the European Coordination of Film Festivals; the second program is realized among all with the cooperation of Transilvanya Film Festival. With these two screenings
and with the events related we will celebrate the present and future entrance of the two countries in the EU, convinced that there is not better welcome
than a cultural exchange.
Again this year the traditional appointment with CORTOLAZIO, the competition for screenplays which valorize the regional territory. The 15,000 euros awarded
will finance three shorts that will be screened in International Premiere the day 7th of July 2005. This year winners are: THE MONSTERS PARK by Fosca Gallesio,
WE AGREE by Alice Sivo & Sara Minuti, WHAT A JOY!! by Vladimir Marino.
Thanks to our partners there's around 30,000 euros to be awarded to the winners, among them there is a new one: Lazio Film Commission.
Last but not least this edition will introduce the firts INTERNATIONAL MARKET OF THE SHORT FILMS: all the films received for the selection will complete a database
which will be available for free vhs or dvd's viewings during the festival. As every year, meetings with directors, round tables, music parties, in the cinema
theatres or on the banks of Bracciano's lake, are programmed. We expect you as many as every year.
About submissions:
art. 2: All the shorts submitted must have been produced after January 1st 2004.
art. 3: The running time of films (16 or 35mm) entered for the international and national competition should last no longer than 29 minutes. While the video
must not exceed 15 minutes.
art. 5: Each director or production company may enter more than one film for the pre-selection. The Festival will also admit films that have won other Festivals,
or that have been selected in other Festivals.
art. 6: Competition entry is free.
art. 7: The dead line to submit the films is April 30th 2005.

11. Nemzetközi Rövidfilm Fesztivál, Bracciano - Trevignano, 2005. július 7-11.
Bracciano - Trevignano a 11. Nemzetközi Rövidfilm Fesztivál színhelye.
A két nemzetközi szekció, az I BELLISSIMI és a LO STATO DELLE COSE a legjobb rövidfilmek közül válogat, az elsõ részben olyan filmek láthatók, melyek már
díjat nyertek a legismertebb nemzetközi filmfesztiválokon, a második részben a legújabb nemzetközi produkciók szerepelnek, különös tekintettel azokra, melyeket
még nem mutattak be az országban. Olaszországban két versenyszekció van, a PROPOSTE ITALIANE, a legjobb olasz rövidfilmek válogatása, illetve a CORTIN-
VIDEO, a legjobb video és digitális formátumban készített filmek.
MAGYARORSZÁG és ROMÁNIA lesznek a 2005 -ös fesztivál vendégei. Két retrospektív program a két ország legjobb rövidfilmjeibõl. Az elsõ program a Mediawave
fesztivállal együttm ködve jött létre, mellyel személyzetcsere is m ködik, a European Coordination of Film Festivals támogatásával; a második program a
Transilvanya Film Fesztiválhoz kötõdik. Ezzel a két vetítéssel és a hozzá kapcsolódó eseményekkel ünnepeljük a két ország jelenlegi és jövõbeni EU-csatlakozását,
abban a meggyõzõdésben, hogy a programcserénél nincs jobb csere.
Ebben az évben ismét lesz a hagyományos CORTOLAZIO, a helyi forgatókönyvek értékelõ versenye. A 15.000 eurós jutalom három filmnek jár, melyek 2005 július
7-én kerülnek bemutatásra az International Premiere keretében. Az idei nyertes filmek: Fosca Gallesio A SZÖRNYEK PARKJA, Alice Sivo & Sara Minuti
EGYETÉRTÜNK, Vladimir Marino MICSODA ÖRÖM!!.
Partnereinknek hála - köztük egy új, a Lazio Film Commission - idén közel 30.000 eurós a nyertesek jutalma.
Végül, de nem utolsósorban, most elõször bemutatjuk a RÖVIDFILMEK NEMZETKÖZI PIACÁT: minden film bekerül az adatbázisba, mely ingyen rendelkezésre áll
vhs vagy dvd megtekintésre a fesztivál ideje alatt. Mint minden évben, lesz találkozás a rendezõkkel, kerekasztal-beszélgetések, zenés partik a mozikban vagy a
Bracciano-tó partján. Olyan sok látogatót várunk, mint eddig.
A nevezésrõl:
art. 2: Csak 2004 január 1 után készült rövidfilmek nevezhetnek.
art. 3: A helyi vagy nemzetközi versenybe nevezett filmek (16 vagy 35mm) idõtartama nem lehet több, mint 29 perc. A videofilmek hossza nem haladhatja meg
a 15 percet.
art. 5: Minden rendezõ, vagy produkciós vállalat több filmmel is benevezhet az elõválogatásra. Olyan filmek is nevezhetnek, melyek már díjat nyertek, vagy bemutatásra
kerültek más fesztiválon.
art. 6: Nincs nevezési díj.
art. 7: Nevezési határidõ: 2005. április 30.
