Druzhba Multipurpose Arena 61 The Druzhba Multipurpose Arena was put into service in the summer of 1979 for the finals of the VII USSR Summer Spartakiade. Volleyball competitions were held there during the Olympic Games. It was built in the southeast of the Central Lenin Stadium and completed the architectural integrity of the entire complex. Luzhnetskaya Embankment and Luzhnetsky Lane lead directly to the Arena, connecting it with the city. A large plaza with a parking lot was laid out in front of the main entrance.
