USER’S MANUAL AND MAINTENANCE
During the working of the machine the operator MUST stay laterally, behind the panel
because only from here he can correctly operate, moreover he MUST ALWAYS end the
banding before moving.
The panel conveyer belt can e set in motion only by an electrical engine.
Pay attention to engines and electrical items.
Do not touch the moving parts or put yourself between them.
IT’S STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to stop in the working area of the machine and where
there are moving items. Make sure that the safety catches are fully efficient.
The working zone around the machine must be considered DANGEROUS, above all for
unauthorized people.
The operator must make sure that people and/or animals are kept at such a safety
distance that they are protected from eventual risks from:
- projection of objects
- contact with moving parts of the machine
- inspiration inspiration of dust or gas
- contact with heated parts GLUE POT (200º C) C)
When a person is “exposed”, that is in a DANGEROUS ZONE, ZONE the worker must
immediately stop the machine and eventually get him/her out the way.
It’s compulsory to protect your respiratory tract when you work with dusty materials.
It’s compulsory to use protective clothes such as: cutproof gloves, antislip and anticrushing
shoes especially during maintenance or reparation.
The machine and every part of it must e kept at safety distance when you have to work
near electrical power supply. With regard to this, consult the body for electrical energy in
charge.
Pay particular attention to operations like glue loading or filling-up, maintenance and
periodic cleaning of the glue pot because it works at a temperature of 200º C.
Use all suitable protection means to be prevented from grave scalds.
The exhaust glue must be devices in compliance with the local regulations of the country
where it is installed.
The machine is mainly built in metal, that’s why the operator could be hurt with mortal
consequences too if the machine came into contact with an electrical line or there was
an electrical discharge between the line and the edge bander. For this reason the power
supply line of the machine must be protected with a differential switch.
It’s strictly forbidden to leave the machine unattended while the engine is still switched
on. The whole machine must be switched off when the worker leaves.
